I selected this name because there is no other colour which represents natural dyes so beautifully as Neel=indigo.

We have two divisions: DAMASK and NEELGAR. Neelgar features natural dyed products and Damask features synthetic(internationally permitted dyes ) dyed products.

We offer a rich range of silk scarves and shawls .We also create yardages for some international fashion designers and fashion houses.

Itill today “DAMASK –an effort” was inaugurated. Under this label I started catering to the demands of various stores in Gujarat and Delhi. The product range initially comprised of cotton dupattas (shawls), yardages in cotton, cotton Kurtas, gents shirts, soft furnishings .Later on cottons and wool products were limited to orders and the work shifted 80% to silk .The surface ornamentation was purely handcrafted–stitch resist, bandhani, block prints, etc. The colours used are purely classics and/or westerns to suit today’s design conscious out going women’s needs.                           Today Damask is selling through design stores and international markets around the world .
