All items should be new, unused and intact with all Neelgar Brand Tags still attached with the garment. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. The purchase items are your responsibility till they reach us. We accept you to pack properly to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us. In an unlikely event that the item mailed to us is in an unacceptable situation, we shall mail the same back to you.
