Returns and Refunds

We assure our customers about the quality of products purchased by you through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange / refund it for you if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. We will not be able to accept the return goods if there are any perfume fragrances on it. So when you try a product, kindly make sure you are not wearing any perfumes.
  • Please contact our care team within 2 days of receiving the product via email at or call at +91 9825885416 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
  • We will be happy to do a quality check and, offer you an exchange. You must send us the goods back within 3 days on your cost and we will send you an exchanged piece on your cost.
  • Registration on Neelgar website

    By subscribing, customers agree to be communicated by us via email and sms to facilitate the services provided by us. We may communicate promotional offers periodically and as and when required.

    Shipping charges as mentioned in the bill borne by the customers. Neelgar takes responsibility for sending customer goods in good condition.

    Any returns to Neelgar are the responsibility of the customer and damage/misplacement of the goods in transit will not be borne by Neelgar.
